To reserve a puppy please fill out this form and submit it. When a Puppy comes available a $200 deposit will be due once the puppy is two weeks old, and the remaining balance when you pick it up. We are on a first come, first serve basis, so the sooner you get on the list the better chance you have of receiving a puppy. If something comes up and you won’t be able to get a puppy please let us know and we can open up the spot for someone else. Thank you!
